Softball Preview: East Forsyth Eagles vs. Davie War Eagles

East Forsyth is 8-2 against Davie since April of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The East Forsyth Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Davie War Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

East Forsyth put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They were the clear victor by an 18-2 margin over Mount Tabor. The win made it back-to-back victories for East Forsyth.

Allie Cox made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (she also didn't allow any walks). Cox was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
