Basketball Recap: Jamestown Takes a Loss

Jamestown lost against New Franklin back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Jamestown took a 44-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Franklin Bulldogs.

Jamestown's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-5. As for New Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 11-5.

Jamestown will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tuscumbia at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th. New Franklin also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Boonville at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
