Basketball Recap: Kindred Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Kindred Vikings ended up a good deal behind the Moorhead Spuds and lost 85-68. The loss put an end to the Vikings' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Kindred fell to 15-1. As for Moorhead, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Looking ahead, Kindred won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fargo North at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Moorhead, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Century at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
