Olympic posted their closest win since October 25, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the A.L. Brown Wonders 24-21. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won four contests in a row.

A big part of Olympic's win came down to the chemistry between Chance Cato and his top target Jacoby Harris. Cato threw for 240 yards on 17 of 24 attempts while Harris picked up 118 receiving yards.

Olympic didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited A.L. Brown to a completion percentage of just 37.5%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from four players: Shaun Hartzog, Conner Lewis, Jalen Bernard, and Bryce Nixon, who each logged one passes deflected. Olympic has been improving in that area: they had allowed a completion percentage of 0.62 earlier this season, but they've only allowed one of 0.62 in their last three games.

Despite the loss, A.L. Brown still got an impressive performance from Lemar Grier, who rushed for 124 yards and three TDs. Grier has become a key player for the Wonders: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Olympic's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for A.L. Brown, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3.
