Volleyball Recap: Hialeah-Miami Lakes Wins Going Away Against MAST Academy

Hialeah-Miami Lakes won the last time they faced MAST Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans put the hurt on the Makos with a sharp 3-0 win.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes never let MAST Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-12, 28-26.

Hialeah-Miami Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for MAST Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

The Trojans are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for MAST Academy, they are taking a road trip to challenge Hialeah Gardens at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
