Northside won the last time they faced John Carroll Catholic and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rams walked away with an 8-4 win over the Cavaliers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

Haley Lyons was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted over her last 14 games. Another player making a difference was Mary Piepho, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Northside's record now sits at 32-8-1. As for John Carroll Catholic, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Northside will take on Tuscaloosa County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Carroll Catholic, they will face off against Briarwood Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
