Soccer Recap: Ray Plays to a Tie

Ray's tournament run continued when they took on Weslaco on Friday. Both finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Ray's goal came courtesy of McNeill Veazey, which was the first she's scored this season.

With that draw, Ray's record moves to 1-2-2. Meanwhile, Weslaco's record is now 7-1-1.

Ray didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-0 victory against Miller on the 10th. As for Weslaco, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against King on the 10th.
