Basketball Recap: Moyers Piles Up the Points Against Wapanucka

Moyers entered their tilt with Wapanucka on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They took their match with ease, bagging a 62-33 victory over the Wapanucka Indians. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Moyers' win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Wapanucka, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Moyers will face off against Eagletown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Moyers knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Eagletown likes a good challenge. As for Wapanucka, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 39-17 loss against Achille on the 17th.
