Volleyball Game Preview: Arbor View Aggies vs. Durango Trailblazers + How To Watch

The Arbor View Aggies will face off against the Durango Trailblazers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Arbor View will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.

Arbor View is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nevada's top teams: Shadow Ridge, who was ranked eighth at the time (Arbor View was ranked third). The Aggies came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1 on Thursday.

Arbor View had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 13-25, 25-17, 25-17, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Durango suffered their biggest defeat since October 8th on Tuesday. They came up short against Bishop Gorman, falling 3-0. The Trailblazers have struggled against the Gaels recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-13.

Durango's loss dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Arbor View, their win bumped their record up to 27-6.

Arbor View beat Durango 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Will the Aggies repeat their success, or do the Trailblazers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
