Soccer Recap: South Shore Vo-Tech Comes Up Short

South Shore Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Cape Cod RVT Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cape Cod RVT this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 back in September.

South Shore Vo-Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Cape Cod RVT, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-3-1.

Looking ahead, South Shore Vo-Tech will take on Sturgis West at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cape Cod RVT, they will square off against Norfolk County Agricultural at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cape Cod RVT will be up against Norfolk County Agricultural's rather soft defense (which has allowed four goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
