Basketball Recap: Klein Comes Up Short

Klein was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took an 84-77 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jordan Warriors. That's two games in a row now that the Bearkats have lost by exactly seven points.

Klein's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Jordan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Klein will face off against Klein Collins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bearkats will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.8 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Jordan, they will head out on the road to take on Morton Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season.
