Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Bishop Watterson

Bishop Watterson entered their tilt with St. Vincent-St. Mary on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Fighting Irish. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since April 4, 2024.

Bishop Watterson was led to victory by Jack Spiers and George Smith. Spiers had 13 digs, while Smith had 30 kills and five digs. Smith has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more kills the last 16 times he's played.

Bishop Watterson's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for St. Vincent-St. Mary, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
