Football Game Preview: Waldport Irish vs. Lowell Devils + How To Watch

Waldport hasn't had much luck against Lowell recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Irish will take on the Devils at 7:00 p.m. Waldport has given up an average of 50 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Waldport is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They lost 42-22 to Monroe on Friday.

Meanwhile, Lowell had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 44.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 51-0 win over the Eagles. Considering the Devils have won four games by more than 35 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Lowell's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Waldport, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Waldport was dealt a bruising 76-14 defeat at the hands of Lowell in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. Can the Irish avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
