Baseball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King managed to slip by Alice the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Mustangs lost 15-3 to the Coyotes on Tuesday. The Mustangs' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

King saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Reyes, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple was Reyes' first of the season. Abel Arriola was another, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

King's record is now 8-14-2. As for Alice, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 5-14 record.

While King had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
