Volleyball Recap: Glen Rose Takes a Loss

Glen Rose was the 3-2 winner over Brock when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Glen Rose sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-16, 22-25, 25-20, 22-25, 15-11.

Glen Rose's defeat dropped their record down to 23-14. As for Brock, they pushed their record up to 26-8 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Glen Rose is set to face off against their familiar foe Mineral Wells at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Brock will challenge rival Stephenville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
