Softball Recap: Eunice Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Eunice's offense. They lost 16-0 to the Loving Falcons on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Cardinals' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Eunice has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Loving, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

As of now, neither Eunice nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
