Volleyball Recap: Roseville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Del Campo last Tuesday, Roseville came back down to earth. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Nevada Union Miners on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Miners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 21-25, 25-14, 25-11.

Roseville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Nevada Union, their win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-6.

After both having extra time off, Roseville and Twelve Bridges will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Nevada Union, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Marin Catholic on the 12th.
