Volleyball Recap: Eastern York Takes a Loss

Eastern York lost against Northeastern back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Knights came up short against the Bobcats, falling 3-0. The Golden Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eastern York took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-9, 25-20.

Eastern York's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Northeastern, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Eastern York will take on rival Central York at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northeastern is set to challenge their familiar foe West York Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
