Volleyball Game Preview: Faith Baptist Contenders vs. Palmdale Academy Charter School Jaguars

The Faith Baptist Contenders will square off against the Palmdale Academy Charter School Jaguars at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Palmdale Academy Charter School took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Faith Baptist, who comes in off a win.

Faith Baptist took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past St. Monica Academy 3-0.

While Faith Baptist won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-12, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Palmdale Academy Charter School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Vasquez.

While Palmdale Academy Charter School was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-14, 25-10.

Palmdale Academy Charter School's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Faith Baptist, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.
