Northgate is 1-9 against Campolindo since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Northgate Broncos will host the Campolindo Cougars at 7:30 p.m. Northgate is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.5 points per game this season.
Northgate will head into Monday's game on the come-up: they were handed a 21-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They skirted past Alameda 63-61. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Broncos have posted since December 9, 2023.

Northgate got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nico Martin out in front who went 6 of 8 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave Martin a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Grayson Boustead, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten assists.
Meanwhile, Campolindo was able to grind out a solid win over Irvington on Saturday, taking the game 46-36. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Vikings are ranked 805th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Campolindo's win came from a few key players Northgate will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Max Robeson, who posted four points along with five boards and three steals. Gavin Rendle was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.
Campolindo has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Northgate, their victory bumped their record up to 13-6.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Northgate and Campolindo are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Northgate hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 65.5 points per game. However, it's not like Campolindo struggles in that department as they've been averaging 58.9 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Northgate didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Campolindo in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 68-64 win. Does Northgate have another victory up their sleeve, or will Campolindo turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
