Mineola is 4-0 against Brownsboro since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Mineola Yellowjackets will face off against the Brownsboro Bears at 6:00 p.m. Brownsboro took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Mineola, who comes in off a win.

Mineola is coming into the match fresh off a high-scoring shootout with Bullard that saw the pair combine for 20 shots on goal. Mineola was the clear victor by a 5-2 margin over Bullard on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Jonathan Ledesma as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Brownsboro fell victim to Cumberland Academy and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Mineola's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those four contests. As for Brownsboro, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything went Mineola's way against Brownsboro in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Mineola made off with a 4-0 win. Will Mineola repeat their success, or does Brownsboro have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
