Concord lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Warsaw, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's contest. The Minutemen really took it to the Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 38-7 win. The Minutemen pushed the score to 31-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Tigers had little chance of recovering from.

It was another big night for BO BRUNNER, who rushed for 145 yards and three scores on only 14 carries, and also threw for 129 yards and one touchdown while completing 80% of his passes. Those 145 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. CHAR'RESE BREVEARD was another key player, gaining 109 total yards and a touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Concord was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 161 rushing yards in 11 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Concord's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Warsaw, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Concord will face off against NorthWood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Warsaw, they will venture away from home to square off against Plymouth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pilgrims/Rockies will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
