Football Recap: Wheatland Comes Up Short

The Wheatland Pirates had to suffer through a 33-6 loss at the hands of the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos.

Twelve Bridges found their leader in sophomore Lily Tetz, who threw for 129 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of her passes, and also punched in one rushing score.

Wheatland now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Twelve Bridges, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Wheatland has already played their next game, a 32-6 victory against Woodland on the 28th. As for Twelve Bridges, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 42-6 win against Lincoln on the 27th.
