Football Recap: Wolcott Eagles vs. Seymour Wildcats
Wolcott lost against Seymour back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolcott Eagles took a 22-6 bruising from the Seymour Wildcats. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Wolcott's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Seymour, their victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-3.
Wolcott will head out to take on Kennedy at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Seymour, they will welcome Gilbert/Northwestern/Housatonic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
