Football Game Preview: Clever Blue Jays vs. Buffalo Bison

The Clever Blue Jays will take on the Buffalo Bison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Clever will be strutting in after a victory while Buffalo will be coming in after a loss.

Clever took a 40-point defeat the last time they faced off against Fair Grove, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Blue Jays had just enough and edged out the Eagles 13-10. The 13-point effort marked the Blue Jays' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The critical scores for Clever came from Quintin Lemmer and Lucas Peebles.

Meanwhile, Buffalo lost to Hollister at home by a 30-16 margin on Friday.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Clever, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Clever strolled past Buffalo in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a score of 34-16. Will the Blue Jays repeat their success, or do the Bison have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
