Sherwood has gone 10-0 against Glencoe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Sherwood Bowmen will venture away from home to take on the Glencoe Crimson Tide at 7:15 p.m. One thing working in Sherwood's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Sherwood will head into Tuesday's contest after some sweet revenge against Sandy: Sherwood lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Sandy, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of 2's matchup. Sherwood blew past Sandy, posting a 79-52 win. The Bowmen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Glencoe, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They escaped with a win on Thursday against McDaniel by the margin of a single free throw, 44-43.

Sherwood better keep an eye on Dillon Moody. He was instrumental in Glencoe's win, going 7 for 11 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight boards and eight blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrence Townsend, who posted eight points.

Glencoe's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points per game. As for Sherwood, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Everything came up roses for Sherwood against Glencoe in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the team secured an 85-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sherwood since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
