Basketball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Henning's 11th in Last 12 Outings

Henning had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the B O L D Warriors on Friday, sneaking past 61-59. This was payback for the Hornets, who suffered a 77-70 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, B O L D still got an impressive performance from Jack Gross, who shot 53% from the field to rack up 31 points along with eight boards and six assists. B O L D is 19-7 when Gross posts 15 or more points, but 1-5 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Hudson Vosika, who posted six points and eight assists.

Henning has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for B O L D and nudges their season record down to 20-12.
