Softball Recap: North East Comes Up Short

The home team had come away the winner the last four times North East and Seneca had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Grape Pickers lost 13-0 to the Bobcats on Monday. The Grape Pickers have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

North East's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Seneca, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North East will venture away from home to face off against Conneaut Area at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seneca, they will head out to square off against Union City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
