Soccer Recap: Frontier Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Frontier was not quite Centennial's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Centennial Golden Hawks by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for the Titans seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

Frontier's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-4. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6-1 record this season.

Frontier will face off against Stockdale at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Frontier's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Centennial, they will challenge Garces Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Centennial is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
