Volleyball Game Preview: Mercy Bears vs. Palo Alto Vikings + How To Watch

Mercy is 0-3 against Palo Alto since September of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bears will square off against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m.

Mercy managed to slip by Sacred Heart Prep the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bears lost 3-0 to the Gators on Thursday.

While Mercy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-8, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Palo Alto had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Trojans.

Palo Alto had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 26-24, 25-21, 27-25.

Mercy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Palo Alto, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
