Basketball Recap: Summit Classical Christian School Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Summit Classical Christian School waltzed into their match on Tuesday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They walked away with a 74-67 victory over the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings. For the Archers, this counts as revenge for the 54-44 win the Kings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Summit Classical Christian School's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Trey Hodo, who went 8 of 19 en route to 26 points and six boards. Hodo has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. Will Simon was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Summit Classical Christian School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in 11 consecutive games.

Summit Classical Christian School pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they moved to 14-3 with that loss, which also ended their 12-game winning streak.

Summit Classical Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they will welcome Sound Christian on February 6th.
