Soccer Recap: Stevens Comes Up Short

Stevens lost against O'Connor back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Stevens Falcons came up short against the O'Connor Panthers, falling 7-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Falcons were already down 6-1.

Stevens' loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for O'Connor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season.

Stevens will square off against Marshall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Stevens is facing Marshall at the right time seeing as Marshall is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for O'Connor, they will challenge Taft at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with O'Connor sitting on five straight victories and Taft on six.
