Game recap: Harper's four rushing touchdowns lead Scio past Toledo

Daniel Harper ran for four touchdowns to lift Scio (Ore.) to a 65-14 beat over Toledo (Ore.). Thanks to the stand out performance the senior now has 15 touchdowns on the season.

The Loggers were up 37-7 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Harper in the first quarter.

Scio expanded its lead to 44 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored three times in the third, including once on a Harper touchdown run.

Harper and Nathan Jones ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Boomers.



The Loggers had given up an average of 11.2 points prior to the contest.

Toledo (1-5) goes up against Pleasant Hill in a 3A PacWest game matchup next week, while Scio (5-1) locks horns with Santiam Christian also in a 3A PacWest game.
