It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Mid-Carolina had no problem doing just that on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over Strom Thurmond. Mid-Carolina might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Strom Thurmond with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jude Alford, Cash Knight, Ryker Woolstenhulme, and Yamilk Jimenez-Romero.

Mid-Carolina is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That lines up perfectly with their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those four contests.
