Volleyball Recap: Reagan Starts off Right with Win over West Stokes

Reagan took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the West Stokes Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Reagan was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reagan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brielynd Riddle, who had six digs and two aces. Klaire Weiss was another key player, getting three digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Reagan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Coming up, Reagan will welcome South Stokes at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Stokes, they will face off against East Forsyth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
