Volleyball Recap: North Adams' Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

North Adams had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Adams took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-9, 25-13.

Ava Pistole paced North Adams' offense, picking up 15 kills. Pistole got some help from Natalie Ragan and her 31 assists. Paige Evans controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

North Adams' record is now 15-6. As for Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

North Adams wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Eastern on the 8th. As for Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington, after both having extra time off, they and Nelsonville-York will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
