Volleyball Recap: Southeast Whitfield County Raiders vs. Coahulla Creek Colts

Southeast Whitfield County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Coahulla Creek Colts. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Southeast Whitfield County was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Coahulla Creek work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-10.

Briana Fraire Hernandez paced Southeast Whitfield County's offense, picking up seven kills. Fraire Hernandez got some help from Brielle Caldwell and her nine assists. Fraire Hernandez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
