Volleyball Recap: Xenia Comes Up Short

Xenia lost against Troy back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Buccaneers came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Troy found their leader in sophomore Caylee Workman, who had six digs and four aces. Those four aces set a new season-high mark for Workman.

Xenia's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Troy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Xenia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Butler on the 29th. As for Troy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Miami East on the 29th.
