Baseball Recap: Klein Forest Comes Up Short

Klein Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Klein Oak Panthers, falling 9-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 last Tuesday.

Klein Forest saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaiden Sziy, who scored a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Klein Forest's loss dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for Klein Oak, the victory got them back to even at 9-9-2.

Coincidentally, Klein Forest and Klein Oak will both be playing Tomball Memorial the next time they take the field. Klein Forest will head out to face Tomball Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Klein Oak will host them at 7:00 p.m. on April 22nd.
