Estill County has gone 6-1 against Model recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Engineers will challenge the Patriots at 5:30 p.m. Estill County is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Model came up short against Garrard County on Monday, falling 18-2. The Patriots have struggled against the Golden Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Model saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Zerbee, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was Zerbee's first of the season.

Model's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Estill County, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Model's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Estill County hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .314. It's a different story for Model, though, as they've only averaged .221. Will they be able to contain Estill County's hitters?

Everything went Estill County's way against Model in their previous meeting back in May of 2022, as Estill County made off with a 17-0 win. Do the Engineers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
