Soccer Game Preview: Dyer County vs. Gibson County

The Dyer County Choctaws will take on the Gibson County Pioneers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Dyer County has given up an average of 4.7 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Friday just wasn't the day for Dyer County's offense. They lost 9-0 to Crockett County on Friday. Dyer County have struggled against Crockett County recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Gibson County played against Liberty Tech Magnet on Thursday and won via forfeit.

Dyer County's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-3. As for Gibson County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7-2.
