Soccer Recap: Brookhaven Comes Up Short

If Brookhaven was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Franklin County on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers came up short against the Florence Eagles on Thursday, falling 3-0. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Brookhaven couldn't quite close it out.

Brookhaven's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Florence, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-4 record.
