Volleyball Recap: Victory Prep Academy Comes Up Short

Victory Prep Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Nederland Panthers. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Reya Levy had a dynamite game For Nederland., getting 11 aces and three assists. Those 11 aces gave Levy a new career-high.

Victory Prep Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nederland, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Victory Prep Academy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Twin Peaks Classical Academy on the 23rd. As for Nederland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Two Roads Charter School on the 23rd.
