Volleyball Game Preview: George Washington Patriots vs. Denver South Ravens

George Washington is 0-3 against Denver South since March of 2023 but things could change on Wednesday. The Patriots will challenge the Ravens at 6:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

George Washington came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against DSST: College View, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Denver South suffered their biggest loss since March 13th on Monday. They lost 3-0 to Regis Groff. The Ravens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-12, 25-10.

Denver South's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for George Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

George Washington couldn't quite get it done against Denver South when the teams last played back in March as they fell 2-0. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
