It was a good run, but Neenah unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Middleton Cardinals by a score of 2-1.

Despite the loss, Neenah still got an impressive performance from Ella Lindgren, who had 20 digs and two assists. Lindgren is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Neenah's loss dropped their record down to 19-14. As for Middleton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-12 record this season.

Neenah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Manitowoc Lincoln on the 23rd. As for Middleton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Tomah on the 23rd.
