Peachtree Academy's leading rebounder did his thing again on Thursday. Julian Baluta went 6-for-9 from beyond the arc on his way to 23 points along with seven rebounds and five assists, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played.

Baluta and Peachtree Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Covington Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2016, but likely not for long.
