Softball Recap: Family Community Christian Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Family Community Christian fell just short of the Choudrant Aggies by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The loss was Family Community Christian's first of the season.

Family Community Christian's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Choudrant, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-5.

Family Community Christian has already played their next match, a 14-4 win against Monterey on the 8th. As for Choudrant, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-1 defeat against D'Arbonne Woods on the 7th.
