Thomas Jefferson and Montbello met for a duel on Tuesday where Thomas Jefferson couldn't get it done. Thomas Jefferson came up short against Montbello, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Spartans haven't been shut out since back in September.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Regis Groff). They never let Lincoln onto the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Fusion needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.
Thomas Jefferson's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6. As for Regis Groff, their win bumped their record up to 7-3-2.
