Soccer Recap: Sylvan Hills Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Sylvan Hills was not quite Greenbrier's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. Sylvan Hills have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Addison Grogan, who's now up to 14 this season.

Sylvan Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Greenbrier, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Sylvan Hills and Greenbrier will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Sylvan Hills sees the pitch they'll take on Maumelle at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st. As for Greenbrier, their break will end when they face Vilonia at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st.
