Basketball Recap: AGWSR Takes a Loss

AGWSR was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the East Marshall Mustangs and fell 84-53. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-40 back in December of 2024.

AGWSR's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for East Marshall, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.

AGWSR wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 56-53 win against Oelwein on the 24th. As for East Marshall, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-58 victory against Hudson on the 24th.
